- Marketing is Key. The JV needs to have its own website, marketing materials, voice and elevator pitch as to “Why Us?”
- Management is Key. Know that your non-JV competitors will use your dual management infrastructure against you. Have a clear and concise plan that will strengthen your story.
- Resources are Key. A shared investment in a dedicated resource(s) to work JV opportunities will ensure a clear focus under the joint identity.
