  1. Communication is Key. For OASIS+, the strategic conversation should include target agencies, capabilities and dollar thresholds.
  2. Marketing is Key. The JV needs to have its own website, marketing materials, voice and elevator pitch as to “Why Us?”
  3. Management is Key. Know that your non-JV competitors will use your dual management infrastructure against you. Have a clear and concise plan that will strengthen your story.
  4. Resources are Key. A shared investment in a dedicated resource(s) to work JV opportunities will ensure a clear focus under the joint identity.
